Thanks to the enhanced mail capabilities Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central received plenty of new Email functions which improves the experience when mailing directly from Dynamics 365 Business Central. Our Mail Plus apps aim to further improve that experience with quality of life functions that users might miss from other mailing software. To give easy access to these quality of life functions we have decided to roll them into one central app for users that desire the whole package of improvements - Mail Experience Plus.

Mail Attachment Plus
Use default attachments that can be set on multiple levels to automatically attach any important information to your mails without much thinking. Also allows smart date controlled attachments that will only be attached during a certain time frame.

Allows you to set a custom subject line for your mails on a per report basis or per customer basis. When setting this subject line, you can easily make it dynamic it by using placeholders for certain information from the document you are sending.

Addressee Control
Can be used to define whether documents shall be sent to the sell-to customer instead of the bill-to customer.

Additionally this app allows you to define cc and bcc email recipients for each customer and document type.
Custom Filename
Lets you define custom file names for your created PDF documents on a oer report basis or per customer basis. When setting this file name, you can easily make it dynamic it by using placeholders for certain information from the document you are sending.
